Manufacturing Process :-
Azygos buys the most delicate quality garlic in bulk. First, the flaky skin and impurities will be removed by running the farm-fresh garlic through a vibrating pre-cleaner. After that, the garlic bulbs will be split into cloves and transferred to the soaking tank for thorough washing. Next, the rotting garlic, unnecessary granules, garlic stems, and other contaminants will be eliminated. After that, the garlic will be peeled and sorted by weight. The garlic cloves are then moved to a dehydrator machine, stopping even the most negligible traces of moisture and leaving behind the entirely dried garlic flakes. The dehydrated garlic flakes can be either ground to obtain powder or customized to obtain flakes or granules based on the customer’s preference. After that, filtration happens, and our dehydrated garlic will be cooled and collected. The product will then be packed to keep it fresh for up to a year after being checked for quality requirements.
